Ski Hill 7 is only 100 yards from the Breck Connect Gondola and walking accessible via the Skiway Skyway ski run. Just walk across the street to the Gondola or jump on the bus up to Peak 8 in the morning and ski down the Skiway Skyway in the afternoon. This remodeled condo is located in the southwest corner on the 2nd floor of the American building in the Ski Hill complex. The living room features a 50" flat screen HDTV and a gas fireplace. This condo has a king size bed and a 32" flat screen HDTV in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed with an unattached full bath. The complex has an outdoor heated pool (summer only), with a community grill, and outdoor hot tubs. There is covered parking and an elevator in each building. Only one parking pass is provided.
