The downstairs is an open floor-plan with large Smart TV, comfy couch, office desk space (High Speed Wifi), fully stocked kitchen w/ drip+K-cups coffee maker, coffee and teas, pots/pans and kitchen essentials, washer and dryer, and sparkly half bath. The couch becomes a queen bed and there are additional mattresses also available upstairs for large groups. The upstairs level offers a calm and comfortable space designed for relaxation. You’ll find two private bedrooms: One bedroom features 2 permanent twin beds with 2 additional floor mattresses to accommodate larger groups. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed for restful nights. There are also two spacious private bathrooms, each with tubs—perfect for unwinding after a long day. We provide plenty of fresh, fluffy towels and crisp linens, so you’ll always feel at home. Your peaceful getaway awaits—send us a message anytime with questions! We will give you access to the form immediately after booking. You will find all your booking information there (check in/out info, early check in / late check out options, local guide, property details, etc.) --- 🎥 We have an active doorbell security camera outside to ensure the safety of guests and our home; it also helps us guarantee that all house rules are being followed 🔊 We have an active noise decibel detector inside that detects excess noise and notifies us --- 🙋You have been charged for the number of guests selected at the time of booking; for more than 4 guests, there is a $12 nightly charge per extra guest 🏠 Not wheelchair accessible --- Please, 🧹 Be respectful of the space (this is our home) and clean up reasonably after yourself 🗑️ Do not leave any trash outside--we like to keep our community beautiful 🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should ❕Double-check closets and grab all your things before heading out. Forgot something? We’re happy to help return it for a $30 handling fee plus shipping. Cancellation Fees: All cancelled reservations are subject to a 4% fee, even if cancelled within the free-cancellation period. During the free-cancellation period, your total refund will be 96% of the original booking amount—no exceptions. If canceling outside the free cancellation period, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
