PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CABIN IS NOT SECLUDED — IT’S LOCATED IN A NEIGHBORHOOD, AS MOST CABINS IN ASHFORD ARE. IT FEATURES A FULL GLASS WALL WITH NO CURTAINS. HOWEVER, A NEW PRIVACY GATE & FENCING PROVIDE ADDED COVERAGE DURING YOUR STAY. The loft features a king-size bed with extra-comfy bedding, while the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. Thoughtfully designed with luxury finishes and high-end furnishings, this space feels like a true retreat from the everyday. We’ve taken care of all the essentials—just bring yourself! Enjoy a spa-like bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-stocked cabinet with everything you need—right down to the delicious coffee. • King-size bed • FAST Fiber internet • Sonos speaker and turntable • Games • Coffee machine (Nespresso machine & pour over options ) • Easy to use gas fireplace • Kitchen with a refrigerator and all major appliances (Including microwave) • Grill • Pack-n-Play, Toys & kids dishes. • Backup generator in case of a power outage • Mountain water: Naturally rich in minerals, the water may appear tinted/orange, even though an additional filter is used for extra purification. For drinking, PLEASE BRING BOTTLED WATER. • No-pets policy: Service animals allowed with PRIOR contact and necessary documentation BEFORE BOOKING MUST BE APPROVED BY HOSTS. • Neighborhood: Located in a peaceful residential area with nearby neighbors, surrounded by trees and a fence for privacy. PLEASE BE ADVISED THE CABIN IS NOT REMOTE. • Space: Limited in our tiny home, so please pack accordingly. • Loft access: STEEP LADDER to the loft sleeping area—use with caution at your own risk. • Hot tub, sauna, and firepit: Enjoy responsibly and at your own risk. • Children: The home is NOT childproofed, and children must be supervised at all times. Children under 13 are not permitted in the hot tub or sauna. • Mt.
