Cook a delicious meal or enjoy a convenient delivery from the many restaurants nearby in the beautiful kitchen equipped with modern appliances and cookware, with a chic dining room table with seating for 6. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. A set of sliding glass doors opens right onto the home’s balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: - These are walk-up units 12 STEPS, NO ELEVATOR. - Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building, including decks and stairways. Please note that guests will be charged a fee of $500 plus mitigation costs if there is found evidence of smoking. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure.
