Just an 11-minute walk away is the Estádio do Dragão, a landmark in the city. The metro station, just 600 metres away, offers easy access to every corner of Porto. Explore the Parque de S. Roque, a romantic oasis with a hedge maze, just a stone’s throw away. For shopping and dining, the Alameda Shop & Spot shopping centre, 400 metres away, offers a variety of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Discover everything Porto has to offer, with convenience and comfort. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses of €150. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest. The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
