The primary suite is a haven of comfort, featuring a king bed, an en-suite bathroom and a day bed with trundle. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally inviting and outfitted with two queen beds each to ensure a restful night's sleep for all. The living area is generously spacious, providing a comfortable setting for socializing and relaxation. Step outside to the covered porch, where you can unwind amidst the beauty of the natural surroundings. This vacation rental seamlessly combines convenience and luxury for a truly rejuvenating stay. The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. Absolutely no smoking or pets. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200). Pool heat is available upon request at an additional cost of $400 per month.
