New Green Apartments are centrally located in Berlin. The apartments are decorated in a modern style and offer free WiFi access. Max.: 2 adults + 1 child (up to 4 years) Centrally located, friendly non-smoking studio apartment. It provides a high-quality interiour with floorheating and comfortable mattresses. Enjoy using the fully equiped kitchen that provides simply everything you need to prepare your favourite meal. Lounge. Comfortable double bed (canNOT be split to twins). Bed linen provided. Two sofa chairs with a multifunctional table allow excellent dining. Big TV screen and free wifi provided. Kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, even for longer stays: stove, microwave, toaster, kettle for hot water, 2 different types of coffeemakers. Our aim is to create a home away from home, so a wide range of kitchen utensils, cockery, glassware, and cutlery. A hand towel, a kitchen towel, a sponge, a cloth, and dish washing liquid is provided. Bathroom. Lots of space, shower, sink, toilet. A drying rack is provided. You shall also find a hair dryer with lots of power and towel hanging space. Hand and shower towels as well as soap are provided. Kids and extra bed policy. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request free of charge. Children up to four years stay free of charge, Older children count as adults. No extra beds are provided. Pets. Sorry, no pets allowed. Non-smoking policy. The apartments are non-smoking. Lift. The spacious lift offers a step-free access from street level. How to get there. Public transport: Check http://www.bvg.de/en for the best connection. – Please get to underground line U2 to Spittelmarkt, it’s a 3 minute walk. Taxi: – About 15 mins from Berlin Hauptbahnhof (main train station). – About 30 minutes from Tegel Airport TXL. – 40 minutes from Berlin Schönefeld Airport SXF. Pricing. VAT and Berlin City Tax are included in all rates. Late check-in / late arrival - arrivals are possible until 10 pm. If previously confirmed in writing / by email, arrivals can also be made afterwards: in this case we will charge € 50 per apartment and stay to cover the additional expenses (Late Check In Fee).
