Positioned at the rear of the home are the three bedrooms, hallway bathroom, hot-water heater closet, and utility closet with stacked washer/dryer. The northern suite is currently furnished with a queen sized bed and the bathroom includes a combination tub / shower. The first southern bedroom is currently furnished with a queen sized and the second southern bedroom has a pyramid bed. Each of the bedrooms has a mounted flat screen television. Flooring throughout the length of the home includes an attractive maple hardwood in the hallway, living area, and dining area with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final. The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
