The apartment is located in the heart of Porto, in one of the oldest and most emblematic streets of the city, Rua das Fontaínhas. Inserted in a totally rehabilitated building, it maintains the old traces of the 19th century, typical of the historical area of Porto. Fully equipped apartment, it has a careful decoration where comfort is felt in every stay. Beautiful studio, with living area, kitchen, full bathroom and a balcony, located in a great area of Porto!! In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal (various pots, pans, dishes, etc.) and a kettle to serve tea or a coffee machine. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic cooking plates, dish washer, kettle, etc. The room is also served by a plasma connected to several national and international TV channels. SLEEPING AREA * 1 Queen size Bed (160x200) * Good quality sheets * 2 sets of pillows (4 in total) * Heating * Fan The bedroom has a great queen size bed with carefully selected bed linen to provide the best moments of comfort during a well-deserved night of sleep. BATHROOM * Hair dryer * Body and hands gel * Bath and hands towels * Heating * Shower gel / Shampoo Located in a very genuine area of Porto, 2 minutes away from Poveiros Square, many groceries shops, pastries, local shops and restaurants. Supermarket is also located a step away from us. Main attractions are within walking distance from our location. Metro is within 10min walking from us and it goes direct to the airport! Truly a gem of Porto! NOTE: in case you want to have the sofa bed ready, please let us know when you make the reservation. By default, the sofa bed is NEVER prepared, only the bed!! NOTE: We charge 20€ for every check in after 8pm.
