The double bedroom is located at the back of the apartment and features a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Rua de Santo Ildefonso, located in the heart of Porto, is one of the most emblematic and historic streets in the city. Connecting the iconic Praça da Batalha to the vibrant Bonfim neighborhood, this street is known for its traditional Portuguese architecture, offering a peaceful atmosphere, especially in its pedestrian area. Near the apartment, you will find supermarkets, craft shops, cafes, and typical Portuguese restaurants. Important Note: There are ongoing construction works near the apartment, which may cause noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it may affect our guests' stay. Therefore, we maintain a policy of transparency to ensure that our guests’ expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the official check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of 150€. If these expenses exceed that amount, the extra charge will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees to allow entry for an employee of the host, whenever requested, for property inspections, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
