LOCATION: This cabin is located just minutes away from a variety of wineries, breweries, restaurants, a spa, downtown Dahlonega (which hosts a plethora of festivals), and the foot of the Appalachian Mountains, where you can hike, bike, climb, and kayak to your heart's content. And only one hour from Atlanta! CABIN: Modern studio cabin in the North Georgia mountains! The north-facing wall is a set of 8-foot sliding doors you can open wide to hear the birds singing to you, and feel connected to outdoor luxuries including hot tub, gas fire pit, breakfast bar, and showers with a million-dollar view you won’t believe until you see it in person. Refresh yourself indoors with sumptuous king bed, high wooden beam ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, Moroccan-inspired kitchen, and vaulted showers boasting a rainfall head to complement the dual polished brass showerheads. Top off your night watching your favorite show on our 120-inch projector screen equipped with wireless streaming. NATURE: Indulge in nature while enjoying modern amenities. This luxury alpine cabin boasts the best of both worlds- the property borders a national forest, and is only minutes from wineries, hiking trails, waterfalls, and downtown Dahlonega (the gold capital of the south!). PRIVACY: The cabin was designed with privacy in mind. The 2,000-foot driveway takes you up and away from the bustle of the roads. There are no other structures visible from the cabin throughout most of the year, and minimal structures visible in winter. Additionally, we have blackout blinds on all main room windows and doors for added privacy. You can even slide the outside barn door shut on the deck and lock it. We have a second cabin 200 feet away from this one in the woods but the terrain lends a sense of seclusion. The cabins are slightly more visible in the winter months, but again you'll feel that sense of seclusion with the privacy amenities built into each cabin. Lots of shops and restaurants. -Our favorite winery is Wolf Mountain. 5-minute drive with the best views. -Our favorite Spa is Mountain Laurel Creek Inn & Spa. 5-minute drive. -Our favorite restaurant is Montaluce Vineyard. 20-minute drive. Fancy and open every day for lunch and dinner. Walk through the vineyard after dinner. -Our favorite hike is Preacher's Rock. 20-minute drive. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: -51% of total cost due at booking -The remaining cost is due 35 days before check-in -100% due if booking is made 35 days or less before check-in HOUSE RULES: 1) No pets. Violation will result in a $250 charge to the credit-card on file. 2) No smoking inside the cabin. Violation will result in a $250 charge to the credit-card on file. 3) No children under the age of 8 years old, except for infants that are not mobile 4) No events/parties (Two guests maximum) 5) Check-in after 4:00 PM (unless you have arranged for an early check-in of 2pm) 6) Checkout before 11:00 AM (unless you have arranged for a late checkout of 1pm) 7) Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a stay. Guests who consume alcohol must be 21 years old or older. PRICING: Nightly rates vary based on specific dates. Weekends are priced higher. SINGLE NIGHT STAYS: Single-night stays are automatically made available when adjacent to a previously booked night. Otherwise, a two-night minimum is required. EARLY CHECK-IN + LATE CHECKOUT: We offer both early check-in (2 pm) and late checkout (1 pm) add-ons for $50. The amount is limited, though, depending on the date. Please message us to add it to your reservation. OUTDOOR SHOWERS: The outdoor showers stay on throughout the winter and are only turned off if the temperature dips below 25 degrees, which is rare.
