Multiple BBQ grills encompass a communal sundeck with patio-lit seating and a lively fire pit. Countless restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are at your fingertips through the neighboring 16th Street Mall Ride. Located within a mile of the city’s most celebrated attractions, including Denver's renowned art scene. We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
