A private balcony patio with seating and shade for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Suite 2 is located on the second floor in the historical carriage house of The Matriarch. This building is detached from the original historic home. Please note that Suite 1 is located below you on the first floor. The Matriarch is located steps away from all that downtown Ashland has to offer. Park your car and walk everywhere!
