The on-site reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Upon check-in, guests receive access cards for their apartment. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, while check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive late, self check-in is available using a personal access code.
