Description

Perched on the top floor of the prestigious La Quinta complex, this architecturally designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers some of the most commanding views of the river and mountains in Queenstown. From your private balcony, the Remarkables Mountain Range and the Kawarau River unfold before you. With high-end finishes, underfloor heating, and a prime Frankton location, this is the ultimate sophisticated base for your Queenstown escape. Sun-drenched and modern, the apartment is designed to maximize its "top of the world" position. Living Area: An open-plan designer kitchen (with top-tier appliances) flows into a lounge framed by floor-to-ceiling glass. Master Suite: Features a walk-through wardrobe and a private, fully tiled ensuite. Second Bedroom & Bath: A spacious second bedroom served by a large main bathroom. The Terrace: A covered, glass-balustrade balcony lets you soak in the alpine air and scenery, regardless of the weather. Adventure: You are at the foot of the Remarkables Ski Field access road. Nature: Steps away from the twin-rivers walking tracks and the scenic trails along the Kawarau River. Laundry: Full laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located inside the apartment for your convenience. Quiet Enjoyment: As this is a top-floor apartment in a premium complex, we ask guests to respect the building's quiet nature. This apartment is privately owned and is not managed by the hotel.
