With 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 guests, this home was made for family vacations, friend getaways, multi-generational trips, and even pre-approved micro-events - all just across the bridge from Historic Downtown St. Augustine. The backyard is the showstopper. Spend sunny Florida days floating in the oversized private swimming pool, stretching out on the lounge chairs, or enjoying the low-maintenance astroturfed yard. The pool can even be heated for $60/day or $350/week, making cooler-season swims that much sweeter. Fire up the propane BBQ, spread out across the home's multiple patios, or head upstairs to take in views of the St. Augustine Lighthouse from the upper deck. Inside, there’s just as much room to play, recharge, and settle in. A massive eat-in kitchen gives the whole group space to gather, while the separate mother-in-law suite offers additional privacy for couples, grandparents, or guests who appreciate having their own retreat. THE PROXIMITY: Location is everything here. Set in sought-after Davis Shores on Anastasia Island, you’re just across the Bridge of Lions from Historic Downtown St. Augustine and can walk or bike into the heart of the city for restaurants, bars, shopping, museums, live music, and the waterfront. During Nights of Lights from November through January, you’ll be perfectly positioned to experience one of St. Augustine’s most iconic traditions without staying far from home. Some of St. Augustine’s best attractions are right in your neighborhood. Walk or bike to the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, St. Augustine Amphitheatre (The AMP), Saturday Farmers Market, and waterfront favorites like The Conch House. Bike rentals can also be arranged through Drifters, with convenient drop-off and pickup at the property, making it easy to explore without constantly getting in the car. A washer and dryer make extended stays easy, and a Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with little ones. There’s also a dedicated workspace and private home gym for guests who want to squeeze in a little productivity or movement between adventures. Gym use requires a signed waiver. Outside, multiple patios give your group plenty of options for spreading out, while the propane BBQ, pool floats, lounge chairs, huge pool, and turf yard turn the backyard into your own private St. Augustine playground. The property is micro-event friendly with prior written approval and an additional event fee, making it an exciting option for intimate celebrations and small gatherings. To help you get settled, the home includes approximately three days of starter supplies, including toilet paper, trash bags, pods, and other basics. OPEN LIVING: The home was designed so guests can relax and connect easily. The kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, creating one large gathering space for meals, conversations, games, movies, or casual downtime. We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is drive-able within minutes to sand, with drive-on beaches like A Street and Mary Street. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $199. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $2000 of damage. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($2000) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Mojo's Tacos, Nature We Trust, Creative Juices, Gypsy Cab Co, Fresh Market, The Village Garden Food Truck Park, Surf Station and Linen and Waves (shopping), antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store. Rental Agreement: A quick virtual rental agreement is required—simple and guest-friendly! Waiver Required to Use Home Gym: The gym should be used responsibly and according to posted house instructions. Any misuse of any amenities could result in fines, repairs or replacements. Private pool (with option to have pool heated for $60/day or $350/wk) >When outdoor temperature drops below 60 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool will be able to warm up to a swimmable temperature even with the heat on high. WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests. NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
