PEARL HOUSE and SMART HOUSE, TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS, on the ground floor, facing each other, in the same building, can accommodate up to 10 people (Pearl House 6 beds + Smart House 4 beds). If booked at the same time, you can enjoy the entire garden, including the private Jacuzzi located on the terrace of Pearl House. We rent the two flats only to reputable families who will not disturb our neighbours in any way. In the heart of Sirmione, the Pearl of Lake Garda, we offer the possibility to rent TWO SEPARATE APARTMENTS, both on the ground floor, modern and elegant, with garden, terrace and private jacuzzi, for a total of 10 beds (6+4). Equipped with every comfort, PEARL House and SMART House - Sirmione Holiday are ready to accommodate up to 10 people, for your holiday on Lake Garda! Specifically, flat number 1, PEARL HOUSE, is on two levels; on the first floor, we have two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom, the other with two single beds (which can be joined together to make another double bed if necessary) and a private bathroom. On the ground floor, we have a living area with a double sofa bed, a 55" smart TV, an open kitchen, an internal dining table, and a service bathroom (without shower and bidet). Outside we find a large private terrace equipped with every comfort, with an outdoor dining table and sun umbrella, a fantastic private Jacuzzi with sunbathing area and garden with sun loungers at 0 gravity. Flat number 2, SMART HOUSE, on the other hand, is located on the ground floor with a large, fenced private garden and an equipped patio; here we have two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed (also suitable for two adults). We have a living area with a 4-seater sofa with electrically reclining relax seats, a fabulous 55" smart TV and PlayStation 4 game console, an open kitchen with peninsula, and a beautiful interior design glass dining table. A complete bathroom (with shower, toilet, and bidet) completes the whole. The interior is air-conditioned to cool the whole flat by means of a Daikin split positioned in the central corridor of the house. The heating, on the other hand, is of the traditional gas type and is controlled remotely via a Wi-Fi thermostat. Outside, there is a large, fenced private garden and a tiled patio equipped with every comfort, with an outdoor dining table and electric awning, as well as a solarium area equipped with 0-gravity deckchairs. In a very quiet and reserved area of Colombare di Sirmione, it is only 200 metres from the centre and the beaches and 5 minutes by car from the castle of Sirmione, the "Aquaria" spa and the centre of Peschiera d/G. IMPORTANT NOTES TO READ CAREFULLY: Dear guests, we would like to remind you that although we do love animals, unfortunately, we CANNOT ACCEPT ANIMALS OF ANY KIND in this accommodation. We would also like to remind you that it is absolutely FORBIDDEN TO ORGANISE PARTIES OR DISTURB the neighbourhood with loud music or other kinds of noise. IT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN TO KEEP THE TWO ENTRANCE DOORS OPEN AT ALL TIMES TO MAKE THE TWO APARTMENTS COMMUNICATE. The entrance doors of the two individual flats must always be kept closed to avoid disturbing our neighbours on the upper floors as little as possible. We are particularly keen to maintain a good relationship with our neighbours living on the upper floors. For this reason, we ask you to respect our rules scrupulously and to cause as little disturbance as possible. We prefer to offer this option of renting out the two flats at the same time, only to referenced and responsible families and not to groups of young friends. So please, send us a message of introduction so we can evaluate and make us sure that you are eligible to be accommodated. We remind you that, should the rules not be respected, we will request a refund through Airbnb. We also remind you that it is mandatory to check in online, before your arrival, by entering your data and documents via the Vikey service. For children, it represents the chance to visit the lake's popular theme parks, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, and many others, just a 10-minute drive away.
