While this proximity is part of the experience, some sound may carry upstairs depending on the night. Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Its intimate size makes it easy to navigate, offering a quiet rhythm that reflects the essence of seaside New England. We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Only park in the spots marked with Brewer‘s Loft Unit 1 signs. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the parking lot and limit to 2 vehicles.
