A few minutes from the port along the coast is the famous St Elm beach which is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in Mallorca. Villa Minerva's plot of almost 2000m² has several terraces, with the main terrace showcasing some of the most amazing sunsets one can imagine, while the salt water pool invites one to take a dip and just enjoy the landscape and views Inside, blends seamlessly with the outdoors as the sea view is also visible from the living room and dining/kitchen. The villa has been stylishly designed and fitted out with only the very best equipment. Pale walls, high-quality fabrics and furnishings in soft neutral tones are brightened up with modern artwork. A housekeeper is Included in the rental - 3 hours daily maid service (Except Sundays). We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way. The most important House Rules are: * Silence from 10pm til 7am * Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property * Only listed guests can sleep over * Intended use is residential only * Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden * Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected * Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event * Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra * Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged * Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds. **License Number: ETV/3735
