Enjoy a two-bedroom apartment, ideal for a relaxing stay in Porto. The apartment offers two double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, ensuring privacy and comfort. The living room, overlooking the Jardim do Largo José Moreira da Silva, is perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table, makes preparing your meals easy. For your convenience, there is a laundry room and a full bathroom with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, a Smart TV with channels, and Wi-Fi. This apartment is the perfect choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Located on Rua de Dom João IV, this apartment enjoys a privileged location in the heart of Porto. A short walk away you'll find the Jardim do Largo José Moreira da Silva, an oasis of tranquility. Within easy walking distance, discover the vibrant Bolhão Market (about 10 minutes), the iconic Capela das Almas (12 minutes), and the bustling Rua de Santa Catarina (15 minutes), full of shops and restaurants. Bolhão Metro Station is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. For those who appreciate culture, the São João National Theatre is 15 minutes away. Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, and Rua das Flores are also within easy reach, allowing you to enjoy the best that Porto has to offer. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a strict no-smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will apply. If you lose the key, you will be charged a cost (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7:00 p.m. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention needed) – cost upon request. For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be paid by the guest. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a staff member for property inspection, with expected monthly visits for this purpose.
