Welcome to Blue Opal! This brand-new, beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the perfect Surfside Beach getaway. Ideally located near the Pedestrian Beach, Jetty Park & Fishing Pier, Splash Pad, Nature Trail, and Ft. Velasco Museum, you’ll have easy access to local attractions, groceries, golf cart trails, and the Intracoastal Canal for fishing and exploring. Inside, enjoy an open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, and thoughtful touches throughout. The sleeping arrangements include a king primary suite with a work station and en-suite bath, two queen bedrooms with Smart TVs, a full-size Murphy bed in the reading nook, and a sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. Bathrooms include a luxurious primary en-suite with glass shower and double vanity, a shared guest bath, and a convenient half bath off the hall. Step outside to enjoy a large deck with poly vinyl furniture, perfect for lounging and stargazing. Downstairs features a picnic table, BBQ pit, outdoor games, hammocks, hot/cold outdoor shower, giant Jenga, beach toys, and an amazing fire pit for evening fun. Extras include coffee, tea, spices, paper goods, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, throw blankets, hangers, and more. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay seamless and stress-free. A $300 security deposit hold is processed 2 days before arrival (not a charge) and released post-checkout if all is well.
