Located in one of Paris's most prestigious districts, this studio offers a unique living experience right in the heart of the highly sought-after 6th arrondissement. Guénégaud is a charming lane in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district, renowned for its elegant atmosphere and historic character. The area exudes a peaceful, sophisticated atmosphere, with its cobbled streets adding a touch of romance to this lively street, where you'll find a mix of private residences, elegant boutiques and charming cafés. You'll be close to the Musée du Louvre, one of the world's largest and most prestigious museums. A former royal palace, it houses an exceptional collection of over 380,000 works, including Leonardo da Vinci's "Mona Lisa"; the Jardin du Luxembourg, a verdant gem in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, with its expanses of lawns, fountains, statues and picturesque pond. Ideal for a quiet break. The accommodation's location will enable you to explore Paris on foot or using easily accessible public transport. You'll be able to quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: Tour-Eiffel, Champs-Elysées, Sacré coeur... This modern studio is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a Parisian building and comprises - A functional open kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine for your convenience, - A lovely living room with sofa, TV, small side table and dining table, - A sleeping area with a double bed and closet, - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, - Plenty of storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. The 6th arrondissement is home to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Jardin du Luxembourg. Although the legendary jazz clubs of the 50s are now rare, and there are more tourists than intellectuals on the terrace of the Café de Flore, it still retains a pleasant atmosphere of bohemian bourgeoisie and Parisian luxury.
