An 8-seat dining table overlooks the ocean, while the spacious living area offers a plush sectional and large-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day of adventure. With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Each room offers ample storage, luxury linens, and cooling air conditioning for restful nights. Important Note: A 4x4 vehicle is suggested but not required to access the property due to hilly terrain. Casa Serenidad is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost. As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
