The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. Bedroom: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Living Room: 1 Sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private balcony — smoking is not allowed on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable. Smoking: The apartment and the balcony are non-smoking throughout. Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events. Covent Garden is one of London’s most vibrant and atmospheric neighbourhoods, centred around the famous market piazza and its surrounding streets packed with restaurants, bars, theatres, and street performers. The area sits at the heart of London’s West End, within easy reach of the National Gallery, the Strand, and the Embankment. Covent Garden underground station is moments away, and the neighbourhood buzzes with energy at all hours. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice).
