This quiet and convenient location is in short walking distance to everything we love about Newtown including the cafes, restaurants, shops and parklands. Also close to Macdonaldtown and Erskineville train stations and a great weekend farmers market directly across the rd :)

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.

The Neighborhood

Close to all the restaurants, bars, pubs and live music. Organic food market each Saturday at Carriage works. Close to theatres and movies. Lovely park at the back of the house with huge playground.

Guest Access

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Lock up study / walk in wardrobe / downstairs cupboard / under stair cupboard. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
