Featuring four bedrooms (two king and two queen), three and a half bathrooms, two separate living areas, a private swimming pool and a large sun-drenched terrace, the home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from Watsons Bay's shops, cafés and ferry, with services to the city, Rose Bay and Manly. Several beautiful harbour beaches are within walking distance, Bondi Beach is just a 10-minute drive away, and some of Sydney's most scenic coastal walks are right on your doorstep. A bus stop is just one minute walk away. Living & entertaining The main living areas are located upstairs, where the open-plan lounge and dining area flows onto a large terrace with two retractable awnings and beautiful harbour views. It's the perfect place for dining with a view, watching the boats pass by or enjoying Sydney's spectacular sunsets. The main lounge features a large TV that can also be viewed from the dining area and kitchen. A second, more casual lounge with its own TV opens onto the rear terrace, barbecue area and private swimming pool, providing another great space for relaxing and entertaining. A guest powder room is also conveniently located on this level. Kitchen & laundry The well-equipped kitchen features a generous island bench with bar seating and a gas cooktop. A separate, fully equipped laundry is also available. Bedrooms & bathrooms The home offers four generously sized bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned for comfort and privacy: Main suite: King bed, TV, marble ensuite with spa bath and a private terrace. Second bedroom: King bed, TV, dedicated desk area and private ensuite. Third and fourth bedrooms: Queen beds, sharing a third full bathroom. Built from solid brick, with no two bedrooms directly adjoining, the home offers a particularly private sleeping environment. Comfort & privacy High ceilings, expansive windows and large glass doors create a wonderful sense of light and space throughout both levels. Elevated above street level and surrounded by landscaped gardens, the home feels private and secluded while remaining close to everything Watsons Bay has to offer. The entire home is air-conditioned, and each bedroom also has a ceiling fan.

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. It's a family home in a nice neighbourhood we are not open to parties.
