About the Home

The apartment offers three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom features a private ensuite and beautiful views across the Tamarama valley to the sea. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the third offers a single bed and a bunk bed. Enjoy a peaceful setting with minimal traffic noise, where the sounds of laughing kookaburras, cascading water, rustling trees and distant waves create a relaxing coastal retreat. The generous kitchen features a large eat-in island, premium Miele appliances, Zip filtered water and a Nespresso coffee machine, complemented by a cleverly concealed laundry. Air conditioning throughout ensures year-round comfort, while an outdoor rain shower with hot and cold water is perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach.

Good to know

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Vaping or smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. It's a family home in a nice neighbourhood we are not open to parties.
