We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Please note: Smoking or Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes.
