If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. ★ NO PETS ★ Pets are not allowed. ★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★ We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed. If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage. Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations. ★ GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED ★ To help ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests, guest verification is required prior to confirming your reservation. This simple step is part of our commitment to providing a secure, smooth, and personalized stay for every guest. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 6+ GUESTS ★ Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. ★ NO ACCESSIBILITY ★ Please be aware that this property does not accommodate special needs and lacks accessibility features for individuals with disabilities. ★ ENTERTAINMENT★ All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. ★ SHORT TERM RENTAL PERMIT ★ The Short-Term Rental Permit Number for this house is U2024003442 issued by Miami-Dade County. ★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★ Please note that to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data.
