Valley View Treehouse has all the best elements of a Branson Getaway: an ideal location close to Downtown, onsite resort amenities, beautiful interiors, and lush nature surrounding the property. The home’s private balcony truly feels like it’s lofted in the trees. An outdoor dining table is placed here so you can enjoy morning coffee, evening dinner, and conversation with friends looking out over the canopy of trees and the beautiful Branson sky beyond. Inside the home, a cozy open concept area encourages relaxation and time spent together. The living area is furnished with a large couch, electric fireplace, and smart tv. Gather at the coffee table to play one of the provided board games, or enjoy the ambience of the fire during a night in with movies. The fully equipped kitchen stands ready for every food preparation need. When cooking a meal to enjoy at home, you have your choice of the indoor dining table for 6, or the outdoor table for 4, accessible through sliding glass doors. This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Indoor pool is NOT available. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. - Please note that the cost of using the Holiday Hills Golf Course is not included in this rental.
