The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen sofa bed upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle. Welcome to a fully furnished apartment set in a historic Victorian-era building in the heart of DuPont Circle. Whether you're here for a weekend retreat or an extended stay, this home offers a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. - Living Area: Upon entering the home, you're welcomed into a living area with warm wooden floors, high ceilings, wide windows and a simple yet elegant furniture design that features a sofa bed. -Dining Area: The dining area seamlessly integrates with the living space, featuring a round table and chairs for a cozy, functional layout. - Kitchen: The kitchen is compact yet fully equipped, featuring overhead storage cabinets, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. - Bedroom: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a spacious, minimalist design, surrounded by windows that provide excellent ventilation and natural light, along with cabinets and drawers for ample storage. - Bathroom: The full bathroom includes a bathtub, a sink with storage cabinet, a vanity mirror, and is finished with spotless white walls and tiles, with fresh towels and basic toiletries thoughtfully provided. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
