Important Information: • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely accommodated—consider booking an extra night if flexibility is needed. • Pet-Free Home: Ensuring a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests. • Guest Limit: The base rate includes up to 3 guests; additional guests are $15 per night to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs. • Quiet Retreat: No parties or events—this is a space for relaxing getaways. • Rental Agreement: Required for stays of 14 days or more. • As we do not have access to a boat slip, please make separate arrangements if you require one. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund. • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM daily and are enforced by condo security. Security may ask guests to leave if these rules are not followed, and the incident will be reported to the booking platform. • Trash Disposal: Guests are kindly asked to dispose of trash in the on-site dumpster during their stay. • Guest Count: The base nightly rate includes up to three guests. Additional guests beyond three are $15 per night to help cover extra cleaning and laundry. • Pet-Free Home: This is a pet-free property to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests. • Rental Agreement: A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more.
