The Flats on Baymont Street are located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, just one block from the main thoroughfare and the Sand Pearl entrance to the beach. Enjoy access to the newly completed heated pool located between 611 & 617 Bay Esplanade buildings, just a short walk away. Check-in at 3pm Check-out at 10am - This space combines Flat 1 & 2 through an interconnecting door. -Flat 1 has a kitchenette that is sufficiently supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, and coffee cups. -Flat 2 has a full kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator and stove. The kitchen is also supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, drinkware, coffee cups, and a drip coffee maker. -The bathroom in Flat 1 has a combination tub & shower -The bathroom in Flat 2 has a shower only. Both bathrooms are supplied with a hairdryer and shower essentials. - Towels and bed linens are provided The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. - Laundry room for guests is located on the second floor. Access to the stairs is at the front of the building. Laundry room is at the end near Loft A. -Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available for rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. -Enjoy access to the newly completed heated pool located between 611 & 617 Bay Esplanade, just a short walk away. In the heart of Clearwater Beach, next door to Frenchy's original cafe and two blocks from Sand Pearl Resort and the beach. There are an assortment of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fish off the access to the intercoastal one block away. Please note that these two units are located on the ground level, and some street noise may be present.
