This unique home started as a 40' shipping container. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap and trim it out with fine craftsmanship. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night. LED lights inside and a super-quiet, efficient mini-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space. Great, safe neighborhood in the country just south of Alpine. 4 minutes to downtown Alpine. 1 hour to Big Bend National Park.
