The state-of-the-art appliances includes an ultra-quiet dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Wine and Beverage storage unit. Brew up your cup of morning coffee in the Keurig or Drip Coffee Maker. There is a separate pantry stocked with all the additional appliances needed to make cooking any meal a breeze. The Pearl also offers two expansive main living areas – The Great Room is beautifully furnished with the latest 75” TV technology. The second Family Room is also beautifully appointed with its own separate kitchen area overlooking the inviting pool. There is also a separate office on the first floor.
