Nestled in Sandbridge, this beachy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and seaside living. The condo is in a building on the beach, making it a prime location and allowing residents to enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves, breathtaking sunrises, and only a few steps to the beach on a daily basis. The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and cooking equipment. The main suite provides a private retreat with its own en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and plenty of books for little ones to peruse when not at the pool. Step onto the cozy patio and sip your morning coffee while savoring the ocean breeze. Additionally, there is a pull out trundle bed and extra bedding in the closet to welcome more guests with. Sandbridge is a beautiful coastal community. For a more adventurous day, rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge or take a fishing charter and catch your own dinner. In the evenings, head back to your vacation and end your day with a family movie night or gather around the dining table for a game of cards. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
