The loft-style Bagatelle apartment is organized around an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, a living room & office area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with separate WC. You will be seduced by the soft green shades and the elegant combination of noble materials such as wood and metal. Located on the ground floor to the right of the entrance, 2 windows facing the street and a French window opening onto the garden which gives access to a small private terrace equipped with a table and two chairs. Place Pey Berland Only 10 feet from VILLA ERIZIO. In this square you will find the Rohan palace which houses the Bordeaux town hall, the Saint André cathedral and the Pey Berland tower. The Pey Berland Tower is the most visited historical monument in Bordeaux. Built between 1440 and 1446, on the top floor the tower allows you to dominate the city and offer a unique view of Bordeaux. However, you should not be afraid of climbing 231 steps. - Shopping: 1. 118 Rue Sainte-Catherine: Rue Sainte-Catherine is the most commercial street in Bordeaux. For shopping, nothing better than strolling down this street towards the Place de la Place de la Comédie. Rue Sainte-Catherine is just a 15-minute walk from VILLA ERIZIO.
