In the winter months, you are only 15 minutes from Palisades Tahoe ski resorts, 20 minutes from Northstar ski resort, and less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you can XC ski and snowshoe. If a little less outdoor adventure is what you're looking for, you’re only a few miles from the cute town of Tahoe City, where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, farmers market, and live music. There are 2 portable A/C units onsite. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
