A spacious living area with a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed (folding out to a double), and a well-equipped kitchen with dining space. A private balcony with city views. For groups larger than 4, a nightly fee of $29 per extra guest will apply. *For groups of 4 or fewer who require the sofa bed, please let us know in advance. Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre. There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away. For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag. The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests. The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
