Compass Bay resort offers a heated community pool, children's playgrounds, and picnic areas with BBQ facilities set under charming gazebos. Enjoy Orlando's sunny weather all year round! The ground floor of this house features a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living and dining area in an open-plan setting, ideal for relaxing after an exciting day. There's also a fun-filled game room, converted from the garage, and a convenient half-bathroom. Upstairs, relax in our elegantly furnished bedrooms. The master suite comes with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second master bedroom has a Queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, followed by two more bedrooms – one with two Twin-size beds and another with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a trundle. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use. Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items. ✦ Pet Policy: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay. ✦ Refundable Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution.
