Located directly across the street, enjoy a 2 minute crossover to private beach access! Take advantage of the first come first serve boat slips and have direct access to the lagoon! This incredible complex features a large outdoor pool & shuffle board/tennis courts that will keep you entertained during your whole trip! Unit 705A sleeps 4 comfortably for your family! **Beginning October 2026, the complex building is scheduled to recoated with paint throughout the month. The units will NOT be closed and you can still rent. The HOA does forewarn there may be some inconvenience of balcony usage during scheduled work time** Upon entering the double glass doors into the complex, you can take the elevators up to 7th floor to access unit 705A (step by step directions to be given after booking)! After entering the unit, you will see the bedroom on the right! This room features a queen size bed and smart TV for your favorite streaming apps along with cable! As you walk down the hallway, you will notice the full bathroom on the right and laundry space as you're entering into the kitchen and living space! Enjoy the spacious living room with sleeper couch to sleep 2 additional guests and utilize the 4 bar stools to enjoy all your delicious meals prepped in the fully stocked kitchen! Exit the living room space onto the balcony to enjoy your gulf views, morning sunrises, and evening sunsets!
