When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept group parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1000,00. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience. 10. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
