The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom, a living room with a sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony with storage space, and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your comfort during your stay. Located on Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, a street that honors the remarkable and industrious liberal reformer, José Xavier Mouzinho da Silveira. You will be surrounded by the city's most distinguished tourist spots. The beautiful Rua da Flores, 400 meters away, is situated in the Ribeira, one of the oldest areas in the city, where you can enjoy the view of the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge. We recommend crossing the bridge and heading to the Gaia Quay to savor Port Wine at Casa Ferreirinha or visit the WOW Multi Experience Center. The Ferreira Borges Market, Palácio da Bolsa, Avenida dos Aliados, Torre dos Clérigos, Galerias de Paris, and Rua de Santa Catarina are all within walking distance of the apartment. The best option for public transportation is the São Bento Train or Metro Station, which is about 400 meters away, along with several bus options nearby. A tip is the 500 bus, which departs from São Bento Station and travels along the Douro River’s waterfront, the Foz, the beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can find regional products and various types of fresh fish. On the street itself, you'll have access to: Handicraft and Jewelry shops, Cafes, and Restaurants. The Cardosas Parking Garage (paid) is 270 meters from the apartment. We would love to welcome you. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, but it may affect your stay. As such, we follow a policy of transparency so that the expectations of our guests are properly met. Our mission is to ensure that Liiiving is easy! In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be applied. If you lose the key, you will incur a cost (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be upon consultation. For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses. If these limits are exceeded, the extra amount will be paid by the guest. The tenant is required to allow access for an inspection of the property whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
