Welcome to Suite 202 in Austin. This private suite in a shared home sleeps up to 5 and puts you close to downtown museums, shopping, and parks. Suite 202 is a stylish, trend-forward retreat designed for comfort and convenience. The suite sleeps up to 5 with two plush queen beds and a cozy twin daybed, plus an ensuite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. You’ll also find a dedicated desk for work, a smart TV for downtime, and reliable WiFi. While your suite is fully private, you’ll have access to the home’s shared spaces, including the kitchen and dining area, as well as an upstairs sitting/lounge area—great for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. Parking options include a small off-street lot behind the building and metered street parking (both first-come, first-served). Desk and smart TV. • Bathroom 1 (ensuite): Walk-in shower. Important Things to Note • Shared spaces: The kitchen and dining area, as well as the upstairs sitting/lounge area, are communal and shared with other guests in the home. • Parking: All parking is first-come, first-served. There are 6 unassigned off-street spaces behind the building (including 1 accessible space). Additional metered street parking is available nearby. Parking is not reserved or guaranteed. • Security cameras: Exterior cameras are located at the front and back doors. Interior cameras monitor the common hallways only—two downstairs (over the entry door) and two upstairs (one over the back door and one above the entry to the lounge). There are no cameras in the kitchen, lounge, or inside any suites. • Pet policy: No pets are allowed. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
