About the Home
Brisas del Monte #2 is a new, contemporary condo, located in a peaceful location, an easy 12 min walk to Tamarindo’s famous white sand beach, more than 90 restaurants & bars, two grocery stores, and 40+ shops. This ground-floor condo features two master bedrooms (with a private patio outside of one) and two full baths with rain shower heads. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with new, stainless steel appliances and a large island with bar seating. The condo has three air conditioning units as well as ceiling fans everywhere. There is a flat screen TV with cable, free WiFi, and private washer & dryer. Outside the rental, there is a lovely shared pool (shared with five other condos), which includes a kid pool section, cool-water Jacuzzi, and built-in BBQ. There is a large outdoor seating area under a cabana and surrounded by lush landscaping. There is also gated parking with a remote, for your security and flashlights provided for walking at night.

Outside the rental is a furnished terrace, your view is of tropical landscaping and howler monkeys are often playing in the trees. The Neighborhood
The Pacific's waves crash around 10 muntes walking from Brisas del Monte #2, and Tamarindo's Playa Flamingo is a drive away. Stroll down to some of Costa Rica's best eating, like Patagonia a 100 meters away, or rent a surfboard at Iguana Surf Shop nearby to ride the area's legendary surf. Don't miss the chance to watch leatherback sea turtles hatch at Las Baulas National Marine Park, a little over 10 miles north.
Guest Access
Buses run through town connecting with nearby towns and the country`s two major airports, and there are shuttle services that provide direct, air-conditioned trips to most major destinations within the country. Tamarindo also boasts a small airport, with two airlines offering multiple daily flights across Costa Rica. Car rental companies are numerous, but it`s recommended to book in advance during high season.
