About the Home
It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a 2 story townhouse design. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the interior garden and pool. The condo has air conditioning in each room, hot water and an equipped kitchen. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, this bedroom has a private balcony overlooking one of the two pools at the Villa Verde II Complex. The second bedroom has a full size bed and private bathroom too and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. This comfortable condo is located only a 10 minute walk to Tamarindo beach, restaurants and activities. Come and enjoy your vacations in one of the most popular surfing beaches of the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, without a doubt this is a comfortable place to stay within a great location of just a short walk to the beach but far away enough from the noisy places in Tamarindo. Definitely this is an excellent beachside vacation solution!!!
The Neighborhood
The Pacific's waves crash less than a few steps from Villa Verde II #45 and Tamarindo's Playa Flamingo is a drive away. Stroll down to some of Costa Rica's best eating, like Patagonia a 100 meters away, or rent a surfboard at Iguana Surf Shop nearby to ride the area's legendary surf. Don't miss the chance to watch leatherback sea turtles hatch at Las Baulas National Marine Park, a little over 10 miles north.

Buses run through town connecting with nearby towns and the country`s two major airports, and there are shuttle services that provide direct, air-conditioned trips to most major destinations within the country. Tamarindo also boasts a small airport, with two airlines offering multiple daily flights across Costa Rica. Car rental companies are numerous, but it`s recommended to book in advance during high season.
