This spacious 5-bedroom pent-house sleeps up to 12 and is designed for comfort and connection. Each bedroom features its own ensuite, blackout shades, A/C, and ceiling fans, so everyone gets the rest they deserve. By day, lounge poolside or explore Tamarindo’s shops, cafés, and the lively Night Market just steps away. By night, gather on the terrace, fire up the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen, and dine watching the ocean.

Tamarindo 360 – Pent-house #302 is designed as a peaceful tropical retreat for relaxing vacations with family and friends. Guests who appreciate a calm, respectful environment and beautiful surroundings tend to enjoy this home the most. To help preserve the atmosphere of the property and neighborhood, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be respected during your stay. Maximum occupancy is 12 people total, including visitors. Events, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted at the property. Only the guests included on the reservation may be present at the villa unless approved in advance. Local quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas. GUESTS & OCCUPANCY The base nightly rate includes up to 12 guests. MID-STAY SERVICE (Extended Stays) For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay home is required. This service is scheduled during your stay to maintain the property and ensure a comfortable experience. AMENITIES & SERVICES Daily housekeeping and private chef services can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance if you would like assistance organizing these services. HOLIDAY DATES Thanksgiving: November 23 – November 30 (2026) Christmas & New Year’s: December 19, 2026 – January 6, 2027 Easter Week: March 20 – March 27, 2027 Minimum stay requirements may apply during holiday periods.
