Small complex with only 6 units, perfect to spend your vacations with your family or couple. There is a huge variety of activities, restaurants, and nightlife in Tamarindo and this is a great location to enjoy it all.
About the Home
This air-conditioned second floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom gated condominium is perfect for small groups of friends and families. In a quiet area of Tamarindo, it has all the amenities for groups to relax and enjoy. The spacious condo has an open floor plan with new kitchen cabinets with tons of storage space and granite countertops. The large island allows for guests to both cook and hangout at the same time and doubles as an eating space. The kitchen comes complete with a coffee station to get caffeinated, filtered clean drinking water, new dishes, pots and pans. There’s also a new washer and dryer, a safe for personal items, beach / pool towels, bamboo beach mats, boogie boards, beach balls, and yoga mats. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. These items are intended to cover your arrival and the beginning of your stay. Should you need additional supplies during your visit, we kindly ask that guests purchase them as needed. Free WiFi and cable TV provide entertainment in the living room on a large flat screen TV. There is a new pull-out queen size sofa bed to sleep additional guests and comfortable velvet chairs for intimate gatherings. Outside is a large sized patio with a dining set, perfect for meals with the whole group. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy. It has a large comfortable queen-sized bed, a private balcony, and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is oversized with a queen-sized bed and a fold out futon, which can sleep one additional adult for extra large groups. There’s plenty of space for up to 7 guests to relax and unwind after an adventurous day. There are two full-sized bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower, new vanities and oversized mirrors, and a brand new tankless water heater. Note: hot water and high pressure showers are not common in Costa Rica, but we’ve taken steps to ensure guests can clean up after a long hot day.
Good to know
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. Usually it only lasts a few hours max. If it is beyond that, please let us know so we can look into the situation. We are here to help any way we can.
The Neighborhood
The Pacific's waves crash around 10 muntes walking from Brisas del Monte #5, and Tamarindo's Playa Flamingo is a drive away. Stroll down to some of Costa Rica's best eating, like Patagonia a 100 meters away, or rent a surfboard at Iguana Surf Shop nearby to ride the area's legendary surf. Don't miss the chance to watch leatherback sea turtles hatch at Las Baulas National Marine Park, a little over 10 miles north.
Guest Access
The condominium is in a quiet area of Tamarindo away from the hustle and bustle of it all. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the center of town and the beach. For comfort and ease, guests can also rent golf carts, bikes, motorcycles and cars, subject to availability by local providers. There is one assigned parking spot safely behind the gates, which comes with its own key fob. Additional parking can be found on the side of the street, if needed. Note: there is a non-refundable $250 fee if the key fob is not returned, as these are difficult to reproduce.
