Newly remodeled home, this professionally managed and rare vacation rental is fully furnished and equipped -- with designer-quality finishes and elegant furniture throughout. This modern home comfortably accommodates up to seven (7) guests, making it perfect for three couples or families. It features three bedrooms, two of which have their own private full bathrooms and king-size beds. The home also offers an open-concept kitchen connected to the dining and family room, creating a spacious and inviting gathering area. Highlights and other amenities include: * Swimming Pool - Heating Optional * Hot tub * Spacious common areas * Complimentary Wi-Fi * In-unit washer & dryer Additional sleeping arrangement: * Futon located in upstairs master bedroom perfect for children * The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper. Very close and just a 10-minute walk from downtown Napa -- you will surely have a fantastic time during your stay... PLEASE include a few words about you and your guests ~ we love knowing a little about our visitors! * Permit Number: VR21-0004 (Non-Hosted Accommodation) * Maximum number of vehicles is 3 (the 3rd car on the street) * The fireplace is for decorative purposes only * Heating for the swimming pool is optional -- $125 per night charge * The pool is clean but the cement is discolored. It’s not dirty it is discolored just as in the listing photos. Please Read: Do not consider this site if you are hosting a party or event. There are outdoor cameras & noise monitors: groups of 7 or more are not allowed due to our business license and Covid restrictions. Disruptive noise levels/music at any time of the day gravely jeopardize our friendly neighborhood relationships and our business license & will not be tolerated. Law enforcement will be called in & a negative review will follow. We kindly appreciate your consideration ~ ****NO PARTIES**** We do not allow any kind of parties. Disruptive noise levels between the quiet hours of 10pm - 9am will not be tolerated. We have installed an outdoor security camera and noise meters to prevent such activity. The law enforcement will be called in and guests might be asked to leave immediately. We appreciate your consideration Please Note: A processing fee applies to all reservations.
