A modern studio, tastefully decorated, fully equipped, offers all the comforts for enjoyable holidays. Equipped with a big and comfy double bed which has direct view to our full of flowers garden. Our spacious room is fully air conditioned and bright. There is a TV and a fully equipped kitchen in which you will have all the essentials to prepare your meals with local products. The spacious and always clean bathroom is equipped with a shower. Finally you can relax in our garden, while enjoying the mountain view and the quiet area the property is located. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood only 400m from the beach perfect for guests who want to enjoy quiet and relaxing holidays. Only 5 mins away from the historic center of the city you can reach every destination easy and effectively. The city has a large bike lane to enjoy your rides by the beach or the city center. Visit the historic center (2km or 5 mins with a car) with its picturesque streets, museums (Archaeological, Folklore, Military, Benakeio Archaeological Museum, Traditional Costume Museum etc.), Venetian Castle and traditional taverns. Kalamata has many large beaches (sandy and pebbly) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor. The city's international airport is 8km far. Enjoy your swim in the lacy beaches of Almyros (7km), Mikri Mandineia (9km), Paliohora (11km), Akrogiali (12km), Santova (13km) and Kitries (16km) with the picturesque harbor on a lovely seaside route with many more anonymous beaches, with cafes, fish taverns and bars for nightlife. On a daily tour, you will find the characteristic seaside villages of Mani, Kardamili (37km), Stoupa (43km), , Kalogria (43km) and Pantazi (48km). Οn the other side you will find seaside villages of Koroni (58km), Methoni (62km) and Pylos (52km) with their beautiful beaches, the Gialova wetland with the renowned beach of Voidokilia (59km) and Golden Sand (61km) the Polylimnio waterfalls (39Km). Finally if you enjoy history you can visit the archaeological sites of Ancient Thouria (14km), Ancient Messina (28 km) and the Nestoras palace (59km).
